Such activities include but are not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion with others using multiple accounts, gaming anomalies such as automated betting scripts and abuse of bonuses.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
Wagering and Gameplay Conditions
You must wager on games according to applicable rules. Wagers placed on non-compliant outcomes (including but not limited to, 'dead' markets) may result in penalties or voided gameplay.
Bonus Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to prevent bonus abuse by using any means necessary including cancelling an account and removing any winnings accrued while committing such activity.
Responsible Gambling Expectations
You agree that you will gamble responsibly. You must not engage in excessive gaming, betting above your means, or participating in underage gambling activities (in jurisdictions where permitted).
Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or close an account for any reason we deem sufficient.
Game Fairness and RNG Systems
All games on Mega Millions utilize Random Number Generators ("RNGs"). These systems are designed, tested, and reviewed by independent third parties to ensure fairness. The outcomes of each game round (and all other functions) will be governed entirely by the RNGs used in such rounds.
Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay
We may suspend gameplay temporarily for system maintenance purposes without prior notice. In this case your play history remains unaffected and no wager is voided unless directly stated as such before, during or after a technical failure occurs.
Suspension or Closure of Accounts
If we find that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to; restricted behaviour) , then we may at our absolute discretion immediately suspend your access to the site for a reasonable period. Further if such breach is deemed more serious, i.e.; an actual fraud then all winnings will be taken out from account that you have used in connection with committing such breaches and any remaining balance paid into account of your choice within 72 hours unless this takes place before expiry of licence whereupon the entire amount shall remain property of us.
Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership
All content on Mega Millions is the exclusive intellectual property of our company, including but not limited to game software, graphics, sound effects, user interface design elements, source code, databases, algorithms, trade marks (both registered & unregistered) style guide for visual representation. Nothing herein should be construed as granting you any rights or ownership over such items.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we accept liability arising from incorrect information being provided to us about you, including but not limited to your failure to comply with this obligation (section entitled 'Account Accuracy Obligations'). If a dispute arises between parties due in whole or part directly as a result thereof then the party most at fault shall be held liable.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update and modify our terms and conditions from time-to-time. Any such modification will become effective upon posting on this site, unless otherwise stated herein (which could include any updates for jurisdictional compliance or licensing obligations).
